A large portion of traffic for Woolworth's delivery subscription service came from a banner in the checkout page of Woolworths. By enabling customers to sign up in checkout from this banner location it was believed that this would lead to an increase in signups for our subscription service for reasons detailed in this case study.

Impacts

This had the highest rate of subscription signups across Woolworths web and app - for both Woolworths loyalty subscriptions.
