Background

Context
  • AusPost had multiple conflicting views on what an ideal revamped app experience could look like.

  • Most of these visions lacked data or research to justify why changes should be made.

  • Many of these conflicting visions weren't being communicated with each other.

Project Goal: Create a North Star app expeirence that unified the previous designs, workshops and other content into one proposal.

My 3 week long discovery deep dive.

After the project kickoff, my first action was to undertake a 3 week long discovery deep dive. The discovery goals were:

  1. Analysing the feature backlog for known desirability and painpoint feature justifications

  2. Running workshops with fellow designers to help generate a design direction for the app

  3. Conducting a competitor analysis based on past workshop features
