Background
Context
AusPost had multiple conflicting views on what an ideal revamped app experience could look like.
Most of these visions lacked data or research to justify why changes should be made.
Many of these conflicting visions weren't being communicated with each other.
Project Goal: Create a North Star app expeirence that unified the previous designs, workshops and other content into one proposal.
My 3 week long discovery deep dive.
After the project kickoff, my first action was to undertake a 3 week long discovery deep dive. The discovery goals were:
Analysing the feature backlog for known desirability and painpoint feature justifications
Running workshops with fellow designers to help generate a design direction for the app
Conducting a competitor analysis based on past workshop features
